• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers, especially on weekends • Work without sales pressure, contracts, or closings • Work remotely out in the field with no office visits required • Complete field events for a flat-rate payment • Submit an application and participate in a video screen if minimum qualifications are met
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Background screening consistent with applicable law
