• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Work with customers on your schedule • Get customers, especially on weekends • Operate without sales pressure, contracts, or closings • Work remotely in the field with no office visits required • Submit an application and participate in a video screen if minimum qualifications are met • Affiliate license exclusively with Redfin
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market • Background screening required • Independent contractor status (1099)
