📋 Description

• Gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery and growth of federal healthcare contracts within a government contracting environment. • Assist with lead generation, sales outreach, and administrative activities that support contract delivery, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency. • Support business development efforts through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Maintain and update CRM records with prospect information and communication history. • Assist in identifying teaming opportunities with prime contractors and other federal partners. • Conduct market research on upcoming opportunities, contract vehicles, and industry trends. • Prepare meeting materials, prospect lists, and follow-up communications. • Assist with timesheet reconciliation and labor reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Support expense report reconciliation and documentation. • Prepare ad hoc operational and financial reports. • Organize project documentation and maintain contract files. • Provide general administrative support to the Federal Delivery team.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence speaking with professionals by phone. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment. • Interest in federal healthcare, government contracting, consulting, or business development.
