📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex, multi-year VA programs using MS Project or equivalent tools • Coordinate inputs from multiple project managers, functional leads, and external partners to ensure accurate schedule alignment and dependency tracking • Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and critical path risks • Conduct regular schedule status reviews with VA stakeholders and internal delivery teams • Support integrated project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and reporting to ensure schedule adherence and performance tracking • Generate and present schedule status reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership • Incorporate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods into scheduling as applicable • Ensure compliance with VA PMAS, TMS, and other federal delivery frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of experience as a scheduler or project controls analyst on federal programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Project • Strong knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK, EVM, critical path method) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to obtain a Public Trust • PMP or PMI-SP certification (preferred) • Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments (preferred) • Familiarity with VA-specific tools such as PMAS, Jira, or ServiceNow (preferred)
