📋 Description

• Assist the sales team to help attain sales goals • Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to assist in selling products and services to end users • Build friendly, professional relationships with on-site contacts and customers while promoting the CustomFit program • Overcome employee objections to the CustomFit service model • Provide employees with safety footwear information and product advice • Collaborate with Key Account Executives, RAMs, and the Inside Sales Support team • Assist in resolving customer complaints by communicating with appropriate team members • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel 80% of the time, including overnight travel • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred but not required • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required • Fluent spoken English and Spanish • Valid driver’s license required • Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Suite applications • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow • Strong time management and multitasking abilities • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Must be able to secure a rental car
