📋 Description

• Supporting customers across BPM, workflow and document management platforms. • Assisting with system administration, configuration, maintenance and upgrades. • Investigating and resolving application and system issues. • Supporting platform migration projects, including testing and validation activities. • Creating reports, dashboards and data extracts using SQL, Power BI and other reporting tools where required. • Participating in customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions. • Maintaining support documentation, knowledge articles and configuration records. • Working with internal teams, software vendors and implementation partners to deliver high-quality services. • Contributing to service improvements and customer success initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Essential Experience in an IT support, application support, service desk, technical analyst or similar role. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Experience working with business applications or enterprise software. • Strong attention to detail. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. • Ability to follow documented processes and procedures. • A willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills. • Desirable Knowledge of BPM, workflow, process mapping or document management systems. • Experience with SQL, databases or reporting tools. • Experience using Power BI or similar dashboarding tools. • Understanding of cloud and on-premise software environments. • Experience supporting software testing, upgrades or migrations. • Experience working with external customers or stakeholders.
