📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design process for the Proposals Squad while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers • Initiate UX research, prototyping, usability testing, feedback incorporation, and metric evaluation in an iterative design process • Apply strategic thinking to product features and align design solutions with company goals • Contribute to design team culture through design jams, critiques, retrospectives, and cross-squad initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for design solutions • Advocate for users and make customer-focused decisions • Support and contribute to the growth of the product design team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting full product life cycles • Ability to break down complex problems into intuitive, delightful solutions • Experience with user research methodologies and translating findings into actionable design insights • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams • Comfortable integrating AI tools into design processes, including ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis • Growth mindset and commitment to improving processes, tools, and techniques • Bonus: Experience designing for construction tech or related software • Bonus: Experience in fast-paced startup environments • Bonus: Experience utilizing and contributing to design systems
