📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on strategic partnerships channels • Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, experiments, and models, including forecasting and ROI modeling • Partner with Business Development, Engineering, and Product to evaluate, onboard, and optimize partner relationships • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure to measure partner performance and economics • Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analyses of actuals versus forecasts to diagnose partner effectiveness • Own testing and measurement frameworks for partner pilots and growth initiatives • Serve as the analytics voice of truth in cross-functional partner strategy discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, decision science, or data strategy • At least 1+ years managing analysts • Strong experience in SQL • Experience with experimentation design (A/B Testing) • Experience with applied statistics • Interest in LLMs and AI-enabled tools preferred • Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders with data-driven insights • Experience with partnership or B2B2C analytics within insurance strongly preferred, but not required • Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on analytical execution • Effective communication and storytelling skills • Ability to frame technical findings clearly for technical and non-technical audiences • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits and a high ownership mindset • Initiative and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Must be on camera for virtual interviews
