📋 Description

• Lead electrical engineering design work across multiple concurrent projects • Perform engineering calculations, system designs, and fieldwork as required for project completion • Coordinate with project managers and firm principals on project scope and design strategies • Assign drafting, modeling, and light design work to the production team • Review technical work for accuracy and compliance with design standards • Develop project specifications and documentation • Attend client meetings and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders • Support proposal and qualification development for RFQ responses • Participate in project interviews when strategically appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering • 5+ years of experience in the Architectural/Engineering industry • Strong understanding of electrical system design and engineering calculations • Experience coordinating with clients and project teams • Strong communication and leadership abilities • Proficiency with: Autodesk Revit • Bluebeam • Power System Study Software • Microsoft 365
