• Perform an Accelerated Application Technical Review reviewing building permit applications and building plans • Communicate with staff and customers before a project is accepted • Maintain detailed notes of all code comments and rounds of review • Attend any meetings or training as required by DOB • Provide exceptional customer service
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 12 level • Knowledge of procedures and required items for submission • Experience with plan review and construction documents • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Must have experience with tools like ProjectDox, Accela, Microsoft Office
