• Provide word processing and/or document production services for clients • Utilize logs and/or tracking software for document production work • Assess job requests and ensure completion throughout the task lifecycle • Perform document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as needed • Edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests using established procedures, standards, and formats • Use the equipment, technology, software, and hardware necessary to perform job functions • Communicate with team members, leads, supervisors, and clients regarding jobs or deadline concerns • Meet contracted service delivery deadlines • Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems • Foster continuous service enhancement and client relationship building • Perform quality assurance as requested • Adhere to Williams Lea Tag and client policies • Use equipment and supplies cost efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment • Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong keyboarding and typing skills • Familiarity with software programs for editing and/or creating documents • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Good organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information • Good judgment in making decisions that conform to business needs and policy • Good problem-solving skills and ability to escalate problems appropriately • Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated with a positive attitude • Proven customer service skills • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
