📋 Description

• Operate high resolution, variable print proprietary imaging equipment • Program and prepare jobs for printing • Maintain daily print job production logs and delivery manifests • Set up, program, and release jobs from the print queue • Adjust image position, color quality, resolution, perforations, and paper folds • Monitor job output for correctness and image quality • Order ink, chemical solutions, blankets, rollers, paper, tabs, and other supplies • Maintain inventory levels • Diagnose and correct operating problems affecting service or product quality and timeliness • Instruct junior-level operators on corrective adjustments when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Requires advanced knowledge of digital print and/or inkjet imaging equipment set up, adjustment, and operating procedures • Able to set up, operate, and adjust equipment • Ability to diagnose, solve, and correct operating problems affecting quality and timeliness • Requires advanced knowledge of color theory • Ability to make adjustments and color corrections to customer specifications • Excellent knowledge of file manipulation and file formats for digital print • Excellent knowledge and ability to set up feed rollers, tensioning, timing, and in-line finishing per job specifications • May instruct junior level operators how to complete required corrective adjustments • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen • Full-time availability
