• Provide daily back office services for clients and teams • Perform reprographics, copy, mail, and intake functions in physical and digital environments • Support hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed • Utilize appropriate logs for office services work • Ensure job tickets are properly completed before beginning work • Follow procedures and run jobs in the proper order • Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding job or deadline issues • Accept, complete, and deliver work within contracted deadlines • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems • Prioritize workflow • Perform quality assurance on own work and the work of others • Load machines with paper, toner, and supplies • Answer telephone and emails and place service calls when needed • Interact with clients in person, by telephone, and electronically • Adhere to Williams Lea and client site policies • Use equipment and supplies cost-efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment • Skilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mail equipment • Familiarity with general back office procedures • Proven customer service skills • Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette • Attention to detail and good organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information • Ability to make independent decisions conforming to business needs and policy • Good problem-solving skills and ability to escalate problems appropriately • Ability to work well in a team environment • Ability to interact effectively with multifunctional and diverse backgrounds • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis • Must be willing to commute to different worksites as needed • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen required
