📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and production teams • Manage projects including scheduling, obtaining job details, job tracking, invoicing, and project optimization • Coordinate day-to-day execution of Creative Services projects and determine goals • Establish proactive client communications and provide project-status updates • Manage multiple timelines and projects throughout the project life cycle • Enter job specifications using job-management software and prioritize jobs to meet client expectations • Attend and set client meetings, production calls, and project-management status calls • Provide pre-production services and manage order-entry processes • Prepare timely and accurate job instructions for production • Monitor order progress, scheduling concerns, and requests for additional information or materials • Facilitate timely resolution and escalation of production-related problems • Identify and facilitate continuous-improvement opportunities • Monitor page-production services and communicate performance to customers • Notify customers when pages and proofing cycles exceed agreed limits • Support customer retention, loyalty, satisfaction, and service excellence • Collaborate with offsite Creative/Production teams and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience • 5+ years of experience in project management or comparable experience with progressively expanding responsibilities • Background in the pre-media and/or print industry preferred but not required • Excellent Mac computer skills • Ability to learn new programs and platforms • Ability to provide basic troubleshooting • Experience using continuous improvement tools to create and track metrics • Understanding of workflows, digital asset management, problem solving, workflow procedures, and quality control • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills • Proven track record with strong client relationships and solution delivery • Superior written and verbal presentation and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment • Experience working with cross-functional teams internally and client-side • Knowledge of administrative software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge of design or development software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is a plus but not required • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of information during high-stress situations • Willingness to work normal office hours, with occasional after-hours work to meet deadlines • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen required for employment
