📋 Description

• Architect and direct scalable, modular design systems and master templates • Audit creative workflows to identify bottlenecks • Implement file automation and sophisticated toolsets to improve departmental efficiency • Lead design reviews with senior stakeholders • Build consensus on systematic design approaches and project feasibility • Serve as primary SME for internal discovery and external vendor production • Ensure deliverables meet rigorous technical and systemic standards • Establish and enforce departmental visual hierarchy standards through peer reviews and technical audits • Mentor junior and mid-level designers on design craft, technical execution, and system-level thinking • Provide hands-on guidance to solve complex conceptual problems • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices that improve operational scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required) • Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional design or creative services • Specialized depth of expertise in modular design and scalable systems • Sophisticated analytical thought for solving systemic production issues • Negotiation skills to influence others to adopt a different technical point of view • High-level proficiency in emerging design technologies and workflow automation • Ability to lead large-scale technical projects • All employment offers contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
