📋 Description

• Assist in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for property management projects. • Support the analysis of financial data and prepare performance reports for senior management. • Collaborate with global finance teams across multiple regions to ensure accurate consolidation of financial information. • Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects within finance operations. • Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and risk management strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum GPA: 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling or accounting systems is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Please upload your college transcript at the same time as your application submission. • A Video or Audio Interview assessment will be required for this role as part of the selection process.
