• Lead the planning, development, and execution of automation strategies using Zoho and WordPress. • Evaluate current systems and recommend scalable solutions to improve process efficiency. • Coordinate with internal departments to align technical solutions with business needs. • Create comprehensive technical documentation, process maps, SOPs, and user guides. • Provide leadership and support to team members in understanding systems and workflows. • Ensure clear, trackable integration across Zoho apps and third-party tools. • Maintain consistent reporting and analytics setup for performance monitoring. • Stay updated on Zoho platform updates, tools, and best practices.
• 5+ years of experience working with Zoho One apps and system integrations. • Typing Proficiency: Minimum 60 WPM (typing test required). • Strong leadership and project management skills. • Proven ability to create clear, scalable, and user-friendly technical documentation. • Deep understanding of CRM workflows, automation logic, and business process mapping. • Comfortable working across departments and communicating with non-technical team members. • Skilled in using WordPress in combination with CRM and marketing tools. • Familiar with data reporting, tracking, and analytics frameworks. • Proficiency in Zoho and WordPress, with a strong emphasis on Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Books, Mail is a must. • Availability to work during daytime hours in Eastern Timezone (ET).
