📋 Description

• Executes and reviews complex financial analyses and models in support of strategic finance, FP&A, and transaction-related engagements • Develops and reviews operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models to support client planning, investment, and deal decisions • Analyzes current and historical financial data to assess performance, growth opportunities, and potential risks • Supports mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence • Interprets financial, market, and industry data to support insights and recommendations aligned to client objectives • Prepares and reviews client-ready analyses, schedules, and presentation materials for management and executive audiences • Coordinates engagement workstreams, supports team execution, and provides guidance to junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • 4–7 years of experience • Advanced experience developing and working with integrated financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow components • Strong foundational valuation skills, including application of income and market approaches • Experience supporting client-facing engagements or internal stakeholders in a consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environment • CPA, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification
