📋 Description

• Contribute to the success of Knowtion Health solutions and services at client health systems • Oversee aspects of solution implementations and post-go-live stabilization • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for scalable and timely data acquisition and validation • Assist Implementation Managers on multiple concurrent client implementation projects • Ensure timely progress and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders • Apply industry and Knowtion Health best practices with Managers and fellow Analysts • Resolve technical project roadblocks • Participate in and facilitate internal and external project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, note-taking, and meeting-minute distribution • Document workflows and standard operating procedures for new client and program implementations • Oversee automated and ad hoc file exchanges between clients and Knowtion Health according to project specifications • Perform data acquisition and validation, solution data specification maintenance and optimization, and data-related risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • 1+ years working for a healthcare or revenue cycle organization • 1+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or business analyst roles • 1+ years working specifically with standardized healthcare claims and remit data (837I, 837P, 835) • Familiarity with non-standard custom revenue cycle extracts, including transaction and account files • Experience writing, QA’ing, and explaining SQL queries to generate custom reports and support product-related development efforts • Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools • Valid government-issued photo ID required during screening and/or interviews • Ability to work remotely from a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace • Priority given to applicants located in AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MS, NC, NM, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, or WV
