📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal and external authors and stakeholders to develop publication plans and medical communications, primarily publications such as manuscripts, abstracts, and posters • Provide project management support from initiation to publication • Develop project proposals • Manage communications among stakeholders • Oversee clients’ compliance processes • Navigate internal quality review processes • Lead meetings, particularly when addressing challenging questions • Evaluate and summarize data from study results, documentation, and literature • Develop publications according to company style and journal/conference guidelines • Uphold industry publication standards, including ICMJE recommendations and GPP practices • Manage multiple project timelines and competing priorities • Cultivate strong client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences, English, or Communications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing medical or scientific publications • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to transform complex scientific data into a narrative storyline for publication • Ability to tailor content to a specific audience • Confidence with presenting at meetings • Ability to navigate feedback from authors and reviewers • Ability to establish and maintain effective internal working relationships and develop client relationships across projects • Ability to motivate diverse stakeholders by adapting to various personalities and needs • Strong prioritization skills and ability to make strategic decisions amid competing demands • Ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining flexibility amid changing timelines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Cover letter required with application
