📋 Description

• Support the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization across product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk management, performance, analytics, tools, and strategic initiatives • Contribute to processes across the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization within a matrixed organization • Support supply chain commodities • Conduct operational and spend analysis • Develop and execute sourcing strategies • Participate in supplier negotiations • Support supplier performance management • Contribute to business process management initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a closely related field • Must be actively enrolled through the duration of the internship • Minimum 60 credits completed before starting the internship • Experience with SharePoint, including creating sites, maintaining sites, and controlling permissions • Advanced Excel knowledge and data analytics skills • Ability to create Power BI dashboards • Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform • U.S. citizenship required • Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred • Proven project management experience preferred • Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and deliver measurable results independently preferred • Collaborative experience with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures preferred • Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles preferred
