📋 Description
• Key coordination with PW material managers, spares and delivery assurance on material priorities. • Attendance on critical part/engine center or spares material calls. • Coordination with supporting distribution facility 3PL contacts on distribution processing. • Lead and coordinate communications back to internal stakeholders on transportation/distribution milestone events. • Maintain facility escalation listing and key focals. • Adherence to Quality, Regulatory and Global Trade process requirements. • Coordination with 3PL Control tower focals on material movements for internal and external networks. • Carrier/Transport coordination with our Transportation providers, TMS and Customs broker processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience. • Experience in logistics, materials handling, warehousing, or manufacturing operations. • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). • Ability to work an Alternate Work Week schedule (e.g., 3x12 or 4x10 depending on site requirements).
