📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and implement software solutions within the enterprise MES Center of Excellence • Integrate MES with SAP ERP and other enterprise solutions • Troubleshoot software application, systems integration, and compatibility issues • Manage activities within the software development lifecycle • Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality and capabilities • Translate customer requirements into solution designs • Author functional specifications • Troubleshoot business processes against system capabilities • Engage with DevOps solution management • Manage tasks, budgets, deliverables, schedules, resources, and project status • Provide production and end-user support for MES solutions • Work with internal customers, external suppliers, and business partners to architect and build system solutions • Work on multiple projects simultaneously with regular reporting in a gated process • Author or provide input to functional requirements, technical design documentation, and test plans • Work with business teams to plan and implement projects and enhancements • Ensure compliance with RTX and Pratt & Whitney policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related degree and 8+ years of experience in a related field; OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in a related field • U.S. citizenship is required • Skills around system testing and coordination • Skills to support process mapping and solution design • Skills with navigating and operating in an Agile methodology • Skills with JIRA in support of DevOps management • Up to 10% domestic/international travel may be required • Ability to attend select interview steps in person may be required • Customer meetings may occur outside normal business hours due to different time zones
