📋 Description

• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements • Demonstrate cost and schedule integration • Assist with planning and cost estimation activities • Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure programs meet or exceed scheduled commitments • Prepare internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages • Prepare compliant external contractual data requirements list (CDRL) submittals • Prepare schedules for all contract work • Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other actionable schedule-related analysis • Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS • Maintain realistic and current contract schedule baselines • Collaborate with scheduling SMEs, program managers, finance, contracts, and technical leads • Identify and recommend mitigation plans • Ensure the IMS is used as a predictive model and management tool • Ensure compliance with governmental and customer requirements • Act as the focal point for IMS changes and updates during program execution

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required • Scheduling experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment • Experience using scheduling software such as Microsoft MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar • Experience or familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes • Support a Central or Eastern Time Zone • Prior experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints preferred • Prior experience assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in planning, scheduling, and cost estimating preferred • Prior experience with Risk and Opportunity Management preferred • Prior experience with an Agile environment preferred
