📋 Description

• Drive organizational agility and business growth • Split time between technical data enablement and strategic planning • Structure, query, and maintain core databases to ensure data lakehouse integrity, query performance, and reliable access • Connect to Databricks environments to design, build, and deploy automated data models and interactive corporate dashboards in Power BI • Administer, configure, and customize SharePoint infrastructure, document libraries, access permissions, and intranet workflows • Transform and move enterprise information from core databases to Power BI, SharePoint, and front-end reporting layers • Translate long-term corporate visions into strategic initiatives and execution roadmaps • Conduct macroeconomic, industry trend, and competitor analysis • Build financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and growth projections for corporate development opportunities • Establish enterprise-wide risk assessment frameworks and operational structures • Prepare business cases, strategic briefs, and presentations for executive decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline and 5+ years of blended experience handling corporate strategy/development alongside enterprise data environments • OR an Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline and 3+ years of blended experience handling corporate strategy/development alongside enterprise data environments • Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark • Advanced DAX and Power Query mastery • Expert-level understanding of Power BI and modern SharePoint architecture • Experience employing classical strategy frameworks, including SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, and Ansoff Matrix • Experience with financial analysis • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required
