📋 Description

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy • Review Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) documents and work with other functional organizations to develop and revise the documents, when needed • Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs (requests for quote/requests for proposal) • Review quotes/proposals and analyze results • Plan negotiation strategies and lead the negotiations • Address any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or Raytheon terms and condition requirements by collaborating with cross-functional program contacts • Gather and file required documentation for purchase orders per internal procedures • Perform routine post-award management activities • Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) • Able to support travel (up to 25%-50%)

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or similar role • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
