• Accelerates executive talent pipeline health by driving targeted development planning and execution. • Partners closely with Talent Management leaders, HR Business Partners, and RTX Executive Talent Development to strengthen successor readiness and deliver scalable, enterprise‑aligned executive development solutions. • Serves as a trusted consultant on executive and top‑talent development, managing a portfolio of innovative, vendor‑enabled development experiences to build executive leadership capabilities for the future. • Partners with enterprise Talent Management leaders to assess executive pipeline health, successor readiness, and capability gaps for critical roles. • Collaborates with RTX Talent Management and Learning & Development to co-create and deploy targeted development interventions that strengthen top- talent readiness. • Works with HRBPs, Talent Management teams, and business leaders to design high‑quality development plans for key and critical executive talent. • Integrates differentiated development experiences into IDPs and monitors progress, readiness movement, and effectiveness of development interventions. • Partners with RTX to design and manage vendor‑enabled development solutions for executives and critical talent populations. • Monitors market trends and emerging leadership development practices to evolve solution offerings. • Establishes metrics and reporting frameworks to assess readiness movement and development effectiveness, presenting insights to senior HR and business leaders.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, or executive development. • Experience partnering with senior leaders on executive talent strategy and development planning. • Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs and enterprise talent solutions. • Experience managing external vendor relationships and development partnerships. • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred. • Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate talent insights into actionable strategies. • Experience supporting enterprise-wide succession planning and executive assessment processes. • Certification in executive coaching, assessment tools, or leadership development methodologies preferred. • Experience within complex, matrixed, or global organizations preferred.
