• Lead and oversee corrective action processes from issue identification through closure • Ensure root cause analyses use accepted methodologies • Validate corrective and preventive actions for effectiveness • Maintain corrective action documentation and tracking systems • Support sites with overdue or high-risk corrective actions • Identify systemic issues and recommend improvements across sites or business units • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits • Support external audits by regulatory agencies, customers, or certifying bodies • Develop audit schedules and ensure timely completion across high-risk sites • Document audit findings, track remediation, and verify closure • Guide site teams on audit readiness and compliance best practices • Prepare audit reports and deliver findings to leadership • Serve as a compliance resource for designated high-risk sites • Monitor compliance trends, risks, and vulnerabilities at high-exposure locations • Assist site leadership in implementing processes aligned with corporate regulatory requirements • Escalate and communicate emerging risks • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site-level compliance maturity • Manage creation, formatting, and release of controlled documents • Ensure documentation complies with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines • Maintain document templates, naming conventions, metadata, revision formats, and filing structures • Facilitate electronic workflows for drafting, review, approval, and release • Coordinate cross-functional reviews • Verify required technical, quality, and regulatory approvers are included in routing • Administer electronic signatures and approval trails
• University degree in Business, Quality, Engineering, Compliance, or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • 3–5 years of direct experience in corrective action management, internal/external audits, or compliance operations • Experience supporting or working within high-risk, regulated, or operationally complex environments • Experience of regulatory requirements including FAA, EASA, AS9100, ISO standards, or other relevant bodies • Proven ability to manage multiple corrective actions and audit activities simultaneously • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis methods • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively • Proficiency with compliance tools, audit software, and corrective action systems • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or similarly regulated industries • Quality certifications such as ASQ CQA, CQIA, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt • Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives • Prior involvement with multi-site or global compliance programs • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems
