📋 Description

• Support cross-functional teams covering multiple business units in RTX Corporate Operations and Supply Chain • Support non-product and product sourcing activities • Perform supply chain risk management, performance, and operational analysis • Conduct spend analysis • Develop and execute sourcing strategies • Support supplier negotiations • Manage supplier performance • Contribute to business process management • Support tools, analytics, and other strategic initiatives across the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization • Operate within a matrixed organization

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a closely related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship • Minimum of 60 credits completed prior to starting the internship • Experience with SharePoint, including creating sites, maintaining sites, and controlling permissions • Advanced Excel knowledge and data analytics skills • Ability to create Power BI dashboards • Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform • U.S. citizenship is required • Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA required • Proven project management experience and ability to deliver measurable results independently • Ability to collaborate with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures • Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles
