📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year digital strategy across supply chain domains. • Evolve the portfolio of digital supply chain products and reduce technical debt. • Partner with Supply Chain and Digital Technology leaders to shape priorities, problem statements, and roadmaps. • Own strategy for Kinaxis, Ariba, Workspace, SOS360, Net-Inspect, and ETQ platforms. • Lead teams designing, building, and integrating digital solutions. • Deliver demand/MRP planning, supplier capacity modeling, buyer task automation, compliance workflows, and digitized logistics capabilities. • Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards, scale effectively, and integrate with ERP, PLM, MES, and other platforms. • Lead, grow, and develop the supply chain digital strategy and product/solution delivery organization. • Manage budget, resource planning, and workforce strategy. • Establish roadmaps, KPIs, metrics, portfolio governance, resource allocation, and financial oversight. • Improve adoption and measure value through forecast accuracy, cycle times, throughput, compliance, on-time delivery, ROI, and time-to-value. • Build partnerships across Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Enterprise Services, PST, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Program organizations. • Lead change management and represent the digital supply chain portfolio in leadership forums and business reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience • Experience leading digital, product, or technology teams supporting supply chain functions • Experience defining and delivering digital transformation strategies at scale • Experience with supply chain processes, planning systems, automation technologies, and data ecosystems • Ability to translate business needs into solution architectures and actionable plans • Strong leadership capability and experience developing technical teams • Effective communication across executive, operational, and technical audiences • Experience with MRP/ERP platforms, supply chain solutions, workflow automation, and data analytics • Knowledge of AI/ML applications for supply chain optimization • Experience leading organizations through major modernization or transformation initiatives • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
