📋 Description

• Coordinate business development activities and create new opportunities to drive top-line growth for the Requirements and Capabilities Land Warfare & Air Defense organization • Lead business development efforts for C-UAS programs • Deliver new business solutions to customers by leveraging Raytheon solutions and capabilities • Execute business development strategy to meet growth targets exceeding $2B over five years • Coordinate and execute prioritized action plans and milestones focused on closing pursuits within the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to plan, develop, and execute capture strategies for LW&AD pursuits • Coordinate and manage New Business Investment accounts, capture and proposal gate reviews, new business assessments, pipeline reviews, international representatives and consultants, and customer engagements • Provide professional and technical expertise to the business development team, LW&AD Strategic Business Unit, and applicable customers • Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations on federal and state/local public policy and development of new technologies and solutions • Travel internationally and domestically as required

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum of 10 years’ experience • Experience in government, defense, or aerospace • Experience presenting and communicating with customers and senior leadership • Experience with capabilities integration across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leader Development, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) • Experience working with Joint and/or Interagency organizations/customers • U.S. citizenship required • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date • Current Secret security clearance required • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Ability to travel up to 20% international and 40% domestic • Preferred: Ability to be creative, innovative, take initiative, and act with speed and agility • Preferred: Relevant government and/or industry experience with an established network across government, including ASA ALT, Army Staff, COCOMs, ODCs, ACC, and AMCOM • Preferred: Understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and International Traffic in Arms Regulations • Preferred: Familiarity with business development, investment funding, and international strategic assessment processes • Preferred: Familiarity with requirements generation, resource sponsors, and/or program management
