• Working directly with senior managers and HR leadership to support their organizational needs • Managing requests from Collins/RTX Corporate and assisting with various needs • Partnering Total Rewards and Global People services on Compensation analysis, salary planning, and incentive pay coordination • Conducting analysis on data • Supporting the RTX Ops rotational program for Collins related activities • Active involvement with the Employee Pulse Survey data analysis and action planning activities • Support leadership onboarding activities • Participating in org design and change plan activities • Play an active role in Ops talent reviews • Assist managing talent council activities for SIOP and EH&S
• Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology • Proficiency with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
