• Support the company’s compliance program for DFARS Government Business Systems requirements • Interface with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) on business systems compliance topics • Serve as audit focal point with process owners and oversight agencies for business system and related audits • Maintain the government business system control framework documenting policies, procedures, and controls used to ensure DFARS compliance • Assess and communicate compliance risks • Partner with process owners to mitigate compliance risks • Interface with a broad network across multiple organizations and levels within the company • Interact directly with government oversight agency representatives • Partner with business process owners to ensure compliance with government requirements
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • Experience analyzing and interpreting data and communicating insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels • Experience balancing multiple priorities and producing quality work within a given timeframe • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred • Experience supporting both internal and external audits preferred • U.S. citizenship required • Must be authorized to access information under the applicable program/contract • No security clearance required
