📋 Description

• Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Collaborate with multiple schedulers to roll updates into a master schedule • Track plans and schedules, solicit regular updates, and identify and resolve critical-path and network-logic conflicts • Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS • Assist CAMs/IPTs with schedule-impact awareness before month-end close • Participate in proposal development, including interim schedules and advice for Basis of Estimate documents • Incorporate status and forecast updates in the IMS based on CAM inputs • Conduct critical-path and driving-path analysis of the IMS • Complete schedule risk assessments (SRA) • Reconcile cost and schedule with the program cost analyst and address mismatches and root causes • Provide schedule-related reports, execution-impact highlights, and mitigation recommendations to Program Management • Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting • Support compliance reviews and process audits, including DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process audits • Ensure proper EVMS implementation through standardized processes and tools • Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Operations, upper management, and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Program controls and EVMS background • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera • Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and understanding of cross-project linking preferred • Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred • Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts preferred • Experience presenting to large groups and leadership preferred • Ability to travel up to 10% • Strong multitasking and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
