📋 Description

• Participate in the Raytheon Cooperative Education Program as a part-time remote electrical engineering co-op • Attend monthly engagement seminars, complete required training, participate in security clearance activities, and meet with a mentor • Spend 2–4 hours per month supporting co-op activities; the role does not include internship or direct program/project work during the co-op period • Upon graduation and clearance approval, transition to a full-time onsite position in Aurora, Colorado • Support design, development, and maintenance of systems for customer missions • Support customer domain-specific mission concepts and technologies • Apply systems engineering principles covering requirements, architecture, design, and testing • Support software engineering approaches, artificial intelligence, and agile development techniques • Support continuous integration and continuous delivery infrastructure • Support mockup hardware, sustainment/depot returns, and repair • After comprehensive on-the-job training, support RF Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Systems Integration & Test activities across the product development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Senior or postgraduate student in Electrical Engineering with graduation/completion of studies in December 2027 • Minimum of 90 credit hours by the start of the internship/co-op session • Academic or internship experience with hands-on testing of electronic equipment • Exposure to troubleshooting technical issues with electronics using common commercial test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators • Exposure to data analysis using tools such as MATLAB • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility • Active and existing DoD TS/SCI security clearance required after day 1
