📋 Description

• Serve as a primary Raytheon engineering representative to Patriot PAC-2 Missile Canister sites • Work occasionally embedded at supplier sites in a hands-on working-lead capacity • Travel frequently at times to the current canister supplier in West Plains, Missouri, and future supplier Zahid in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia • Interface with engineering disciplines, non-technical disciplines, and suppliers to develop design solutions • Resolve technical challenges and support issue resolution • Participate in trade studies and make sound technical decisions • Apply technical problem-solving and hardware-development expertise in a fast-paced team environment • Support Patriot PAC-2 GEM-T Missile Canister Assembly & Test

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience • Experience in supplier support and development • Experience using CREO CAD design and documentation tools • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Preferred: experience in international supplier support or development • Preferred: advanced degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or hardware systems design • Preferred: working knowledge of Military and Commercial Specifications • Preferred: experience with Patriot PAC-2 Canister design • Preferred: reliability or failure analysis experience • Ability to achieve results with minimal conflict and within schedule • Demonstrated team player and self-driven leader • Excellent collaboration, communication, technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience with PDM or similar product data management tool • Familiarity with Configuration and Data Management
