📋 Description

• Provide contractual guidance to cross-functional partners to meet customer obligations, achieve company goals, and comply with company policies • Represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and develop and maintain customer relationships • Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and support proposal development and negotiation • Support contractual agreements and general contract administration • Manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure compliance • Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues • Facilitate communication and coordination with internal and external customer program teams • Comply with standardized corporate procedures and compliance documentation • Disseminate customer contractual requirements throughout the organization • Liaise between internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder inquiries • Work autonomously with oversight • Conduct contract closeout activities, including material and property dispositioning, patent reporting, and final invoicing • Participate in contract management and engage directly with program leadership • Support business management reviews, including quarterly EAC reviews • Negotiate and resolve complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Experience in contracts management of U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Security clearance is not required • Experience preparing and negotiating Sole Source and Competitive Proposals • Ability to consistently apply company policy and procedures governing contract management and TINA compliance • Ability to manage a high volume of contracts simultaneously • Experience in contract negotiations, execution, and administration, including price, Statement of Work, terms and conditions • Experience with FAR and DFARS requirements • Understanding of financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification • Ability to multitask with routine and complex contract/proposal activities • Experience engaging directly with external customers
