📋 Description

• Support preparation and submission of proposals for new business, including spares, repairs, and modernization • Partner with functional program team members to understand, guide, and support contractual requirements • Provide contractual guidance and support to the business, programs, and proposal teams across all phases of the contract lifecycle • Lead Contracts Management activities across a broad portfolio • Work with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute contracts successfully • Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues • Ensure negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies • Advise on contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and contractual and programmatic risks • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners • Interface with customers regarding correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues • Manage contracts and engage directly with program leadership • Support development and production-focused contracts for domestic, FMS, and subcontractor requirements • Support business management reviews, including quarterly EAC reviews

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience • Experience related to contracts management, program management, business management, finance and/or supply chain processes and procurement • Experience with contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs, FAR, DFARS, or similar contracts • Wide experience in contract negotiations, execution, and administration • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) • Experience applying analysis and critical thinking to complex problem solving • Understanding of financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification • Experience with intellectual property, licensing agreements, or teaming agreements • Experience with the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • No security clearance required
