📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes, including RFPs, bid packages, cost analysis, and negotiation preparation. • Utilize ERP systems to manage supplier execution, monitor material status, and ensure accurate, timely data updates. • Manage purchase orders from creation through receipt, ensuring on time delivery, cost compliance, and quality performance. • Maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee performance across assigned commodities and programs. • Monitor contract compliance and supplier adherence to quality, delivery, and commercial requirements. • Expedite or adjust delivery schedules to resolve shortages, delays, or other supply disruptions. • Resolve supplier issues including SRIs, ARs, QNs, invoicing discrepancies, receiving issues, and portal concerns. • Respond to internal and client inquiries regarding order status, shortages, quality issues, and delivery risks. • Compile price proposals, financial data, and procurement reports to support leadership updates and decision making. • Collaborate cross functionally with subcontracts, procurement specialists, operations, engineering, finance, and other internal stakeholders. • Perform delivery assurance activities to maintain material availability and support uninterrupted production flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • 2+ years in supply chain and working with suppliers • ERP Experience • Qualifications We Prefer SAP Experience • Experience in negotiating • Experience leading projects or cross functional team • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings – base foundation • Aerospace or similar manufacturing industry experience • Experience with Government purchasing (FAR/DFAR) • Experience supporting product development
