đź“‹ Description

• Support EAC development, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting • Analyze actual costs, ETC, staffing, material, and other key cost drivers • Perform Earned Value Management analysis, including CPI, SPI, cost and schedule variances • Develop variance explanations and corrective actions • Partner with Program Managers, CAMs, and scheduling to monitor program performance • Ensure alignment between cost, schedule, and technical execution • Support baseline development and maintenance, budget change, and other program control activities • Analyze financial and EVM data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Communicate potential impacts to program leadership • Ensure financial and program performance data is accurate, timely, and compliant with processes and contractual requirements • Support program reviews, EAC reviews, and internal and customer financial reporting • Prepare and support timely, accurate external IPMDAR reporting • Align cost, schedule, EVM, and program performance data with contractual and customer reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and/or variance analysis • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with Earned Value Management and EAC development preferred • Experience supporting complex government or defense programs and working across multiple functions and organizations preferred • Experience managing assigned responsibilities with limited supervision preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines preferred • Experience using SAP, APEX, PRISM, and program management tools preferred • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
