📋 Description

• Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/Proposals • Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations, price, delivery, scope, terms & conditions. • Place subcontracts/purchase orders and associated change orders • Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives, prime contract flow downs and company work instructions. • Post-award management of POs to be handled in accordance with company directives and work instructions • Issue and conflict resolution of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types (Cost Types, Firm Fixed price, Time & Materials) • Work closely with the Program and other functional groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.) to achieve objectives • Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors • Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience • minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience. • Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements • Experience with proposals and understanding of all phases of sourcing, procurement execution to include price negotiation reductions and terms and conditions, completion of compliance EPAD Packages
