📋 Description

• Manage supplier quality performance through prevention, monitoring/escalation, and processing supplier submissions of nonconforming material • Manage and support supplier onboarding and qualification/certification • Manage source inspection and material release processes • Perform escape management procedures • Drive root cause analysis and problem solving; recommend corrective and preventive actions for systemic supplier process and product-material issues • Support RTX supplier programs to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability • Analyze quality data to identify systemic issues and develop supplier-specific quality initiative strategies • Apply and drive implementation of PFMEA, MSA, process flow and control plans, SPC, and other proactive quality tools • Ensure suppliers can meet contract requirements, including Resourcing Gate, PPAP acceptance, and Work Transfer implementation • Influence stakeholders and build effective cross-functional teamwork • Travel up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Background in Electronics • 6+ years of professional experience in a supply chain operations environment, including monitoring, auditing, and developing suppliers/operations, or equivalent • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to speak effectively with internal and external executives and employees • Knowledge of system standards, authorities/regulations/standards, QMS, auditing/assessing, risk management • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred • IPC standards certification preferred • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field preferred • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education • Must be a U.S. Person, including a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee • No security clearance required
