📋 Description

• Perform procurement and supplier management activities for U.S. Government and commercial contracts • Place low- to medium-complexity, medium-volume purchase orders • Apply source selection techniques and analyze data for price analysis • Conduct negotiations, including terms and conditions • Identify supplier risks • Communicate prime contract, quality, terms and conditions requirements to suppliers • Manage supplier performance against cost, schedule, and quality requirements • Collaborate with engineering, quality, program management, and other functional groups • Monitor procurement reports and help achieve company metric targets • Communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment while complying with government and Raytheon regulations • Drive tasks to completion

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • 12 months or less of relevant professional experience, excluding internships • U.S. citizenship is required, or U.S. Person/eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • Ability to participate in formal negotiations involving price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual requirements • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to perform and comprehend price analyses and sole selection/justification • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel domestically/internationally if required • DoD procurement experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS • Experience with SAP • Knowledge of reading engineering drawings • Six Sigma and productivity improvement experience
