📋 Description

• Design and implement technical and functional solutions for migration and integration of Quality Management Systems with enterprise applications • Drive transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA • Gather and document business requirements and define process enhancements • Align stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget • Lead and support projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Manage decisions, risks, actions, dependencies, gated approvals, and sign-offs • Manage third-party suppliers and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Pratt & Whitney and RTX business units • Drive continuous improvement of application performance, quality, and reliability • Ensure production applications meet service level expectations • Participate in work group meetings, travel, teleconferences, and training • Optimize efficiency and reduce waste using value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers • Support other company duties and functions as needed • Gather requirements, configure systems, test, train users, and provide post-go-live support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery • Proficiency with SAP Quality Management in ECC and S/4HANA • Experience configuring and integrating SAP QM with Material Master, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems • Experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications • Hands-on experience navigating complex SAP landscapes • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners • Ability to understand and interpret diverse business processes • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to dynamic business environments • U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements • Ability and availability to travel based on business needs • Security clearance is not required • Preferred: Experience with Octave Reliance (ETQ), Net-Inspect, Solumina, Team Center, ServiceNow, Confluence, and/or Jira • Preferred: Experience with SAP integration across SD, MM, PP, and PM • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects • Preferred: Knowledge of QM processes, SAP Fiori, SAP QIM, SAP EHS, Agile/Scrum, SAP ABAP debugging, ISO9001, AS9100, SAP Solution Manager, SAP QM certifications, and SAP QM data migration tools
