📋 Description

• Manage supplier relationships, development, and performance • Drive success in meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements • Drive metrics including Late to Place, Late to Dock, and Delinquent Material • Develop cost-reduction initiatives and performance-improvement plans for flawless supplier execution on RMD programs and projects • Perform subcontract management of high-dollar purchase orders using integrated supply chain models in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements • Prepare solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQs • Analyze quotations and proposals using price/cost analysis techniques • Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations concerning price, delivery, and terms • Place high-dollar, complex purchase orders • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions • Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as necessary • Attend select interview steps in person at an office location if requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within another heavily regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation, or automotive • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract • Experience analyzing cost and pricing data and determining proposal compliance • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including Statement of Work (SOW) review • Experience placing high-dollar purchase orders with procurement complexity • Experience contributing to successful completion of a project that enhanced performance within an area of responsibility • Experience in an SAP-based environment • Ability to successfully execute competitive procurements, including development of evaluation criteria • Security clearance is not required
