📋 Description

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy • Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents • Prepare and issue requests for quotes (RFQs) • Review quotes and analyze results • Lead negotiation plans and strategies • Address exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, and Raytheon terms and conditions • Formally document purchase orders according to internal procedures • Perform routine post-award management activities • Interact significantly with suppliers in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) • Support procurement activities for material supporting the Raytheon LADS SBU and its programs • Collaborate with external suppliers, internal customers, and functional areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree • Procurement experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within a heavily regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • Experience in Government procurement (preferred) • SAP experience (preferred) • Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) (preferred) • Demonstrated knowledge/compliance with FAR/DFARS (preferred) • Ability to understand technical requirements for procured hardware and services, including SOW review (preferred) • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment (preferred) • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal customers (preferred) • Ability to support travel up to 25% • U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract
