📋 Description

• Collaborate across Raytheon and RTX business units to develop analytic products for agile delivery across functional and program areas • Use AWS and Azure platforms to develop analytic products • Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership • Serve as a technical authority and mentor for data scientists, analysts, and business partners • Research and deploy technical solutions for business partners to influence organizational standards • Apply commercial software development processes, including code documentation, unit testing, bug tracking, version control, MLOps concepts, processes, and technologies • Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models and scalable data products as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • Experience with Python development using numpy, scipy, scikit-image, and scikit-learn for statistical and/or machine learning applications beyond academic examples • Experience with relational database management and SQL development • Experience presenting to executive-level management across functional and company contexts • Experience applying quantitative techniques such as normalization, standardization, and applied statistics to cleanse and explore large, complex data sets • Experience meeting with business stakeholders to identify and develop requirements for strategic use cases and research opportunities • Experience designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models, such as GPT-based, Mistral, or custom transformer architectures • Experience creating repeatable, reusable processes and scalable data products using Scaled Agile Framework methodology • Proficiency with at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow • Experience building data visualizations with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar applications • U.S. citizenship is required • Successful candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in person at an office location
