📋 Description

• Support system build, implementation, and maintenance activities for the OneRTX initiative • Contribute to blueprint, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases • Configure and customize SAP GTS modules, including Compliance, Customs, Risk Management, and Electronic Reporting • Lead end-to-end implementations, including configuration, SAP S/4HANA integration, and testing • Gather requirements, design solutions, and align processes with SAP GTS capabilities • Enhance GTS processes using the S/4HANA GTS module and RTX’s operating model • Develop innovative solutions supporting digital strategies and design goals • Evaluate and recommend bolt-on applications • Assist with data mapping and testing for process and data teams • Document configurations, process flows, and data policies • Provide functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, integrations, and workflows • Collaborate with external resources, internal RTX teams, business leaders, testers, and cross-functional teams • Support migration from legacy systems, go-live, and post-launch business performance

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience • Hands-on technical experience configuring, building, and implementing SAP GTS • Experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management • Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP EWM and other logistics modules • Background in export/import legal control processes, including license determination, embargo checks, duty savings through preference management, and risk assessments with mitigation strategies • Experience managing and updating compliance master data, including ECCNs and HTS codes • Experience with customs valuation, duty calculations, and preference management processes • Ability to travel up to 25% • Exposure to implementing Extended Warehouse Management • Prior experience with large, complex Aerospace & Defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations • Experience with agile frameworks or iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects • U.S. Person status required • Must work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. Territories
