📋 Description

• Effectively communicate with internal and external senior level customers and partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships, resolve complex and multi-faceted problems, and influence business decisions; including advising of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate business, contractual, and/or program risks • Strong aptitude for contract negotiations; ability to understand the financial aspects for overall business interests - contracts and other business arrangements; ability to contribute to strategy regarding growth paths and creative solutions • May travel both domestic and international approximately 50% due to programs being based in Tucson, AZ and required international customer meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • Experience with one or more of the following: DCS, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and/or Commercial contracting in Aerospace and Defense • Experience in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) contracting
