• Define, prioritize, and oversee development of software products • Act as a bridge between the market, customers, and development team • Guide the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals • Maintain clear product requirements and oversee delivery with the Engineering team • Establish and maintain metrics for success • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Gather customer feedback to understand market needs and identify opportunities • Translate market requirements into product specifications and user stories • Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams • Manage the full product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, launch, maintenance, and end-of-life • Track product performance using key metrics • Make data-driven decisions to optimize the product
• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience • Alternatively, an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field and minimum 7 years experience • 10+ years of experience related to product management and/or software development • Understanding of software development processes, technologies, and architectures • Understanding of market trends, business models, and financial implications • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to analyze complex issues, make informed decisions, and prioritize effectively • Ability to gather and analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive product improvements • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to travel up to 20%
